Payment is accepted monthly in advance by bank transfer or cash at the start of each billing period. Session packages are confirmed once payment is received. No partial payments are processed mid-month.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your package at the beginning of a new monthly cycle. Simply notify us at least five days before your current cycle ends and the adjustment will take effect from the next month.
If a session is cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice, it will be rescheduled within the same month at no additional cost. Sessions missed without prior notice are not rescheduled or refunded.
Sessions are available both in person at our location in Giza, Egypt and online via video call. The format is agreed upon when you enroll, and a combination of both can be arranged depending on the package.
The Exam Ready plan includes eight monthly sessions covering the full algebra curriculum and secondary syllabus, practice with past exam papers, a personalized study plan, and ongoing WhatsApp support between sessions.
Yes. A single introductory session is available at the standard per-session rate of EGP 350 before you commit to a monthly package. This allows both the student and family to assess the teaching approach and fit.
